Enlace P@zlab, is the System used by the State Department of Labor and Competition, which enables internal process automation of government agencies in charge of labor dispute resolution, such as the Local Concilation and Arbitration Board (Junta Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje) and the Labor Attorney's Office (Procuraduría de la Defensa del Trabajo).
Objectives
- To reduce the proceeding time entailed in the resolution of a labor law action.
- To make individual proceeding operation more efficient (complaints, rogatory letters, amparo*) in order to provide a fast service to citizens.
- To reduce the costs for the parties to the conflict.
- To gradually reduce the time for the first hearing in individual proceedings, until reaching 10 working days as prescribed by the law.
- To offer on-line consultation of each trial proceedings for both parties.
- To reduce the discretionary quality in dispute resolution.
- To supplement the institutional infrastructure, increase efficiency and efficacy rates, and promote transparency in the actions of officials.
